The service

Shipping Adjustment Auditor reads order timeline events from your Shopify store and reports carrier price adjustments it can identify. It is a reporting tool.

No guarantee of results

The app can only report what Shopify records on your order timelines and what its reader can interpret. It may miss adjustments or show incomplete details. It does not file disputes for you, and we make no promise that any charge can be disputed or refunded; that depends on the carrier and on Shopify.

Billing

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through Shopify according to the plan shown in the app. Free features may change.

Data protection

How the app handles your store’s data, including our role as your processor, is described in the Privacy Policy (section “Data processing”), which forms part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your store’s data and for reviewing the report before acting on it.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with notice in the app or on this site.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and Plainwharf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it; your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
